Book 1 The Spectacle” is about a nineteen-year-old drifter who wanders all over California.

Mason Demichilis, who grew up in Chariton, Iowa, raised by a family with two parents, two siblings and a few family friends, has finished his new book “Tales of Endings: Book 1 The Spectacle”: an exciting novel that follows Jackson and Nicolai on their unforgettable adventure.

Writing became Mason’s dream career after just one visit to a group of college writers after winning a competition at the age of eight. Since then, Mason has worked tirelessly on any idea he thought might be worthwhile, and even in the stories that never made it past a notebook, he still found hidden gems in the dirt. His years in school were spent mostly in the arts, even in college. Mason’s appreciation for stories has always been a guiding force in his life more than anything. Now all he hopes to do, with the support of his friends, family and anyone who will listen, is to spread an inspiration.

Mason writes, “Nicolai and I stopped there on a Saturday morning about two weeks before my nineteenth birthday. It was raining and the neon lights of the retro sign a few meters from the entrance were turning on and off. The parking lot wasn’t all gray concrete either. There were spots where several people had probably thrown their trash, sodas and all kinds of stuff. The exterior walls were light blue and covered in a thick layer of dust and grime.

Published by Page Publishing, Mason Demichilis’ intriguing story invites readers to find out if Jackson, who is already on the verge of death, can stay alive long enough to save the day.

Readers wishing to experience this imaginative work can purchase “Tales of Endings: Book 1 The Spectacle” in bookstores worldwide or online at Apple’s iTunes Store, Amazon, Google Play or Barnes and Noble.
